Within this ink and acrylic series, I explored different ways of creating art using things commonly accessible, but rarely willingly used: leaves, moss, forks, and succulent leafs. The series main focus is on women and faces of the LGBTQ community. We are the minority and so are our opportunities. But even when our tools are limited we still know how to carve out our path and create something out of nothing.
